Webinar “Smart Readiness: Introduction to the Installers Platform and Work Documentation” by Information Society S.A.

The first online interactive event by Information Society S.A. was successfully completed, entitled “Smart Readiness: Introduction to the Installers Platform and Work Documentation”, which took place on 16 October.

The webinar offered a comprehensive introduction to the smartreadiness.gov.gr platform, while the participants were guided by the experts step by step through the work documentation procedures.

During the event, they navigated the registration procedures in the Installers Register, the submission of applications for vouchers and the declaration of completion of work. In addition, specific examples and photographs were provided within the work documentation folder, offering practical guidance on managing the legal aid files of the final aid recipient, as well as documentation of financial and physical scope.

The speakers, Vivi Makri of Grant Thornton, Vassilis Charalampakos of the project helpdesk and Vassilis Dermosoniadis of Enomix, partner of Information Society in the project, shared valuable insights on the eligibility of the final funding recipient, the services provided, the implementation of the work and the compliance with the specifications. The event was coordinated by Sani Paraskevopoulou, person in charge of the program.

Participants had the opportunity to pose their questions directly and to get to know the people who have taken over the management of the program, while discussing issues such as communication with the program helpdesk. The event was an excellent opportunity to strengthen cooperation and innovation in the installers field.

Finally, the upcoming webinars were announced, while the event material will be posted on the program platform to be available to those who could not connect.

The Smart Readiness programme, with a total budget of 100 million euro, is an action implemented by Information Society, a body of the Ministry of Digital Governance, in cooperation with the Ministry of National Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Environment and Energy and the Ministry of Digital Governance, in the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0”, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
