Human resources

The human resources of IS S.A. are the most key factor for its progress, development and success in the management of complex ICT projects that catalyze the transition of the country to the digital age.

With the aim of the smooth operation and strengthening of the reliability, solvency and reputation of the company, the Management and the entire human resources of the company perform their duties in accordance with a recorded framework of principles, operation and rules of conduct, as described in the Company Regulation.

Since its establishment in 2001, the company ensures good and safe working conditions with equal rights and opportunities for all employees and invests systematically in the training and development of its human resources by organizing important training and development programs to continuously improve their skills.

Today, IS S.A. employs about 110  people in its organizational units and independent services, as well as in all the projects it manages through external partners. The majority of employees hold a postgraduate degree (Postgraduate Specialization Diploma, Doctorate) and have, for the most part, fifteen years of specialized professional experience.
