The terribly large immersion of digital services through gov.gr, which has been operating for three years, confirms our efforts to improve the lives of our fellow citizens. Today, Information Society manages more than 340 projects in various maturity phases, with a total budget of 4.3 billion Euros. It calls for significant actions such as the “smart” upgrade of 120,000 buildings across the country. It implements projects that aspire to significantly improve the daily lives of thousands of our fellow citizens, such as the project of the Personal Assistant, while it directly and effectively completes projects such as the Market Pass, where the social benefit is the centre of digital transformation.

The project is very demanding, as it is the first time in Greece that such an action is being implemented

2,2 million beneficiaries were supported by a deposit in a bank account and approximately 645,000 by issue of a digital debit card
