Information Society presents its report for September 2019 – May 2026, reflecting its extensive efforts directly linked to the country’s digital transformation and the strengthening of public administration.
During this period, projects and measures exceeding 3 billion euros were implemented, with hundreds of interventions changing the functioning of the State and the daily lives of citizens.
The company undertook and implemented a complex portfolio of projects and measures, mobilising significant resources and accelerating the implementation of critical digital infrastructure and services.
With hundreds of tenders and contracts, as well as significant payments to contractors and beneficiaries, Information Society has created a stable mechanism for producing results at the national level.
Meanwhile, with hundreds of projects in progress and extensive collaborations with public bodies and European organisations, it affirms its role as a key pillar for the implementation of digital governance and innovation policies.
Its interventions extend to critical sectors of public life —such as justice, health, the economy, tourism and entrepreneurship— while its contribution to the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” is of particular importance, with high-budget projects that have a substantial impact on society and the economy.
This report highlights not only the scope and scale of the interventions, but also Information Society’s ability to plan, coordinate and implement complex projects, substantially contributing to the formation of a modern, efficient and digitally mature Greece.
Greece is moving into a new digital era, with Information Society being central to this transition.
