On Real FM 97.8 and on the radio programme presented by Ritsa Bizogli and Nikos Rogakos called “On the Microphone”, the CEO of Information Society, Stavros Asthenidis, outlined the strategic direction and the next stages of the country’s digital transformation.

• The expansion of gov.gr from 1,200 to more than 2,100 services
• The transition from a service-centred to a people-centred approach, utilising CRM
• Data management with the citizen’s consent
• TheGov.grWallet as a next-generation tool
• The move towards a “gov.grthat knows its citizens”, offering a seamless, secure and personalised experience.

Information Society continues to implement projects that strengthen the functioning of public administration and contribute to the creation of an effective and transparent state.
