The new Information System of the Bar Associations is a project of national importance for the digital transformation of the legal practice and justice, implemented by the “Information Society SA”. The system was presented on Thursday, 12 June by the Plenary of Greek Bar Associations organisation, with the main speaker being “Information Society SA” General Director of Projects, Mr. Dimitris Giantsis.
The project, which brings together sixty-three Bar Associations, enhances interoperability and simplifies procedures for the benefit of lawyers, administration and citizens. Among the digital solutions it offers, those that stand out are access to pre-trial actions without the need to be physically present, direct monitoring of procedural progress, and remote registration and posting of court case documents.
