What is the object of the project?
The individual accounts subsystem, a structural element of the myTEKA platform, currently operates by providing personalized information to insured parties, including, among others, data on the monthly contributions withheld from the insured parties through e-EFKA, with which there is relevant interoperability for the exchange of data, for investments in Funds.
The object of this project is the immediate expansion of the myTEKA platform with the aim of adding an Investment History Subsystem that has the basic functionality described herein, as well as a Mail Centre, in order to ensure that the system is sufficient, functional and able to serve the operational needs of TEKA, until the Fund can be fully computerised. These subsystems are analysed as follows:
A. Investment History Subsystem [Investments]
- Α.1. Basic Requirements, Parameters and Assumptions of the Subsystem
- Α.2. Investment History Creation – Investment Function
- Α.3. External User (Insured Parties) Interface Creation
- Α.4. Internal User Interface Creation
Β. Mail Centre
- B.1 Personal User Mailbox
What are the purpose and objectives of the project?
The contract’s purpose is to support the upgrading of TEKA’s services and to expand the functionality provided by the existing myTEKA platform, primarily by adding the ability to manage each insured party’s investments in an initially limited number of Investment Funds and to monitor the party’s Investment History. In addition, the Mail Centre to be created aims to make it possible for the platform’s administrators to send mass emails and/or SMS to the Fund’s insured parties. It will be possible for TEKA’s internal users to send configured messages to the insured parties, based on specific standardized messages (templates), aiming to achieve personalized communication, for specific needs / use cases. The Mail Centre will only concern insured parties, not employers.
What are the benefits from the implementation of the project?
The benefits from the project’s implementation are significant, as it will operationally enrich TEKA with new tools, while providing additional capabilities to the insured parties and creating a more productive and efficient form of communication with them through the use of technology.
