What is the object of the project?

The object of the project consists in providing services to the Contracting Authority for the support, monitoring, coordination and management of all relevant projects within the context of the “Tourism for All 2026-2027” Programme. The Contractor will undertake to support the Contracting Authority in coordinating and supervising all the individual tasks that must be carried out within the framework of the “Tourism for All 2026-2027” programme. For this purpose, it will appoint a Project Manager who will coordinate the individual actions (at a Programme level). Moreover, there will be a central back office with inhouse advisors who are well aware of the subject and procedures and are able to meet the needs of both other contractors, as well as beneficiaries and other parties involved.

Indicatively, the tasks that the Contractor will be asked to perform with the assistance of the Project Manager and the Back Office may include:

1.1. Monitoring progress, coordinating the work of individual contractors and providing guidance.
1.2. Reviewing deliverables of individual contractors and submitting recommendations to the Contracting Authority.
1.3. Administrative processing of obligations.
1.4. General Administrative Support to the Contracting Authority. The Contractor, throughout the duration of the programme, will provide general administrative support to the State Aid Directorate of Information Society S.A. in order to complete the Measures of the “Tourism for All 2026-2027” Programme.
1.5. Financial Management Support Services for the Contracting Authority.
1.6. Support in the management of enquiries and requests received by the Contracting Authority from beneficiaries or public bodies, such as the Greek Ombudsman.
1.7. Additional Horizontal Support Services.
1.8. Drafting and submitting regular and ad hoc reports.
1.9. Carrying out audits of individual cases of beneficiaries that could not be fully confirmed or cross-checked by electronic means and require verification of supporting documents and recommending to the Contracting Authority the results of these audits.

In addition, the Contractor will deliver an Implementation Plan which will include, at a minimum, the methodology and the way of organising and providing support services, as well as the communication procedures between the stakeholders involved.

The set of indicative services mentioned in the previous paragraphs is accompanied by a number of actions, for which the Contractor is invited to provide continuous support to the Contracting Authority.

These actions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support in specific matters relating to the management, handling and archiving of printed and electronic records.
• Submitting non-routine reports
