This sub-project (Sub-project 1) consists in preparing a study and implementing the actions necessary to ensure Business Continuity across Public Administration, so that the employees of any public sector entity to be included in this action are able to carry out their work tasks remotely in a secure manner. The project will look into the needs for the entire Public Administration. It is part of the broader action to enhance the security of public sector information, which provides for the procurement of approximately 1,150 laptops, 4G/5G connections from an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and a VPN connection via the SYZEXIS
The object of the project consists in supplying the required hardware and software and supplying/developing services to meet the needs of users for networking and IP telephony services in the central building of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports. The object of the project consists in making sure that the Archaeological Cadastre utilizes state-of-the-art IT technologies and —with a view to meeting the needs at hand in a fast, safe and reliable manner— the new functionalities and services of the Directorate for the Management of the National Archive of Monuments and of the Ministry of Culture in general. The project will be implemented using best practices and cutting-edge technologies, always with a view to presenting the quantity and quality of Greece’s cultural heritage in an integrated manner and promoting it online, as well as providing online services to all
The object of the project consists in developing a maritime recruitment information system for the Digital Transformation of the Crew List, and of an e-Register of Maritime Recruitment, through the combined digitization of all crew list-related actions into a web-based application, the development of interfaces and interoperability with third-party systems, as well as the development of an administrative information system.
The object of the project is described as follows: the Contractor selected to implement this project will have to supply the required hardware and software and provide related services, as summarized below and as further detailed afterwards. Briefly, the replacement of computer equipment and the supply of software licenses for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be implemented through the following activities:
The physical object of the project consists in strengthening the security of the above-mentioned infrastructure. Namely, it consists in supplying special and accredited devices used to encrypt transmitted information, in our case up to NATO SECRET grade, as well as devices allowing for the secure transmission of information from systems of lower or similar classification to a higher and more secure system, in order to create a reference point for searching for official correspondence.
