The object of the project consists of the implementation of two key actions in the framework of the strategy to strengthen the country's resilience to natural and man-made disasters:
The project’s object is the expansion and support of the System developed that will support the provision of the financial assistance, amounting to one hundred and fifty (150) EUR, from the state budget, to young people aged eighteen (18) and nineteen (19). The expansion services relate to new requirements of the Programme that will arise, such as the creation of an eligibility service, which will check whether the citizen is a beneficiary of the Programme, in order to be used by third parties for promotional activities.
The object of the project is the provision of services to Information Society S.M.S.A. for the planning and smooth implementation of the Programme.
The physical object concerns the design and implementation of promotion, information and communication actions of the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, in order to raise awareness and inform the targeted public on issues related to risk and natural disaster response and prevention actions and includes the following actions
The object of the project is the provision of services for the years 2025 and 2026 of the YOUTH PASS action, with the aim of providing Help Desk Services for the beneficiaries in 2 levels; (a) Level 1 Help Desk and (b) Level 2 Back Office, as well as Preparation of an Implementation Plan for the provision of the above services.
The object of the project consists in designing and developing a new functionality in the CRM system for the rollout of SYZEYXIS II, in order to continue coordinating and monitoring the rollout and the cases in which the Access Service is implemented separately by the Telephony Service. To handle the above change, significant changes in the contractors’ workflow —therefore including in the implemented workflow and in the CRM functionality— will have to be planned and implemented.
