What is the object of this Project?

• The accounting of communication and promotion actions, as well as the recording and financial management of the relevant actions, with the aim of systematically recording, financial management and the documentation of the relevant expenditure, in accordance with the principles of transparency and the Fund’s eligibility rules.
  More specifically, it includes the receipt, collection, classification and checking of the required evidence and documentation. In particular, the verification of payment documents (such as invoices, solemn declarations, proof of streaming/digital publication, screenshots), etc. will be carried out by means of promotion and for each individual action or campaign of the promotion programme of the new health services actions, such as the new expanded telemedicine services, the mobile health units, the institution of the Personal Physician, the additional targeted actions of the Pre-symptomatic Screening Programme, the targeted promotional actions of the already existing actions, etc.
• Monitoring the progress of the new actions as a whole
• Support for the registration and updating of vouchers in the OPS
• Support for the registration and updating of the e-Pasithea information system of the General Secretariat of Communication and Information (GGEE)
• The verification of the supporting documents of each instrument (verification of the actual beneficiaries, compliance with the official registers (ESR/MET/MIT/MNOU)
