What is the object of the project?
The contract’s object is to design and implement a Recovery Fund Support Platform for monitoring projects, programmes and actions.
The object of the project will be to implement an integrated information system (IIS) that will cover all the needs of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0”. The IIS will focus on the projects, programmes and reform actions to be carried out by the Recovery and Resilience Fund throughout their entire execution, from the initial submission stage until their completion and the payment of the relevant financial support. The recording of actions and projects must include all necessary information for their integrated management.
An important element in relation to the projects is the ability to monitor the progress towards the digital transition objective (Digital) and towards green transition (Climate). The Integrated Information System (IIS) should make it possible to monitor the sub-projects that fall within the framework of the action. Furthermore, it should enable the comprehensive monitoring of milestones related to Maturity, Consultation, Invitation to Tender, Assignment (including the tendering procedure) up to the Receipt of the project, its Completion and all Disbursements related thereto (description, progress rate, amount, etc.).
What is the aim of the project?
The aim of the project is to monitor the progress of the programmes; it requires the design and implementation of an effective administrative
information system, in order to collect and process data from primary and third-party systems (interoperability), on the one hand, and to implement dashboards for monitoring the progress of the Programme, the milestones, targets and performance indicators (KPIs) of the projects, on the other hand. The ultimate objective is to effectively support the decision-making process, both at a strategic and operational level.
