The subject of the Agreement is the procurement of a “Comprehensive Information Management System for Fire Service GPS Vehicles of Civil Protection Bodies” (OPSDSOFPP), i.e. a system consisting of equipment and software that will provide information support regarding events, resources and telecommunications data competent to Civil Protection Services at Central, Regional and Local level for the purpose of cooperative crisis management, common awareness and exchange of information and cooperation with the Fire Service.
In particular, the project includes:
- The supply and installation of the Collaborative Crisis Management and Telematics Resources Software at the Data Center of the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection in Moschato Attica where all Civil Protection departments of the Municipalities will have access through a secure Network. The software should use virtualization/containerization techniques and utilize spatial data available to the public administration and in combination with smart applications and algorithms, process them and provide users with a range of information for better coordination of forces before and after the occurrence of natural disasters through appropriate interoperability with the existing Management System for Incidents, Resources and Telematics Data of the FS.
- The procurement of 3D-GIS Software Geographic Information System software
- The procurement of geo-codification of addresses / locations and calculation of the shortest route
- The procurement of road network data points and points of interest
- The supply of regional equipment:
- one thousand (1000) portable GPS / 4G telematics devices (with integrated SIM cards) for their distribution to the Regional and Local Civil Protection Centers by the General Secretariat of Civil Protection.
- four hundred (400) workstations with double screens.
The Contractor in cooperation with the Operator shall send the equipment to the local services indicated to it during the Implementation Study Phase.
- The supply of equipment for the Database infrastructure, Application Servers, Storage and Security Backups to support the operations of the OPSSDPSEP and the new system.
- The interconnection of the new server infrastructure with the infrastructure of OPSSDPSEP.
- The transition of the services of OPSSDPSEP to the new hardware infrastructure.
