What is the object of the project?
The main purpose of the contract is to support the work of the General Secretariat for Human Resources of the Public Sector (GSHRPS), through by providing a staffing model that will automate the process of evaluating recruitment requests from public bodies and will prioritize the filling of these positions, producing objective and valid staffing proposals.
The action aims to develop a solution that can be used in a uniform way for all public bodies, taking into account all those restrictions, rules and policies that are set on a case-by-case basis and making use of all the available information that can help in generating more accurate results.
The physical object of the Contract briefly includes:
- development and delivery of a staffing model (or alternatively the provision of a ready-to-use solution and its configuration) for the support of the GSHRPS in public sector recruitment;
- verification of the appropriateness and validity of the generated proposals, through a Test application of the model to all the municipalities of the Greek territory (first level local authorities);
- provision of training and transfer of know-how services as regards the operation and use of the Model to a selected group to be indicated by the GSHRPS;
- a pilot application of the staffing model for the special case of the country’s school units;
- provision of support services for the use and operation of the staffing model, in order to support the GSHRPS recruitment process for all public bodies.
