What is the object of the project?
The object of the project is the provision of services to expand the functionality and support the productive operation of the existing Digital Platform that supports the granting of financial facilities under the “Tourism for All 2025” Programme. The Contractor’s services aim at (a) the diversification of the productive operation of the system under conditions of increased telecommunication traffic, (b) the updating and partial expansion of individual subsystems of the application in order to enable the uninterrupted information and service of the final beneficiaries of the action and of all citizens who had previously applied for their inclusion in the programme. In addition, the Contractor is required to continuously shield the system from the cyber security point of view, in order to avoid incidents of hacking, data loss or suspension of part or all of the infrastructure, to provide technical support for the smooth operation of the updated payment system, which should support the interruption and reopening of digital debit cards issued by financial institutions and therefore requires different complexity of the files that will be transferred. It is noted that the general technical support for the processing of payments is the main responsibility of the Contractor and should be ensured until the end of the programme.
