The object of the project consists in making sure that the Archaeological Cadastre utilizes state-of-the-art IT technologies and —with a view to meeting the needs at hand in a fast, safe and reliable manner— the new functionalities and services of the Directorate for the Management of the National Archive of Monuments and of the Ministry of Culture in general. The project will be implemented using best practices and cutting-edge technologies, always with a view to presenting the quantity and quality of Greece’s cultural heritage in an integrated manner and promoting it online, as well as providing online services to all
The object of the project consists in developing a maritime recruitment information system for the Digital Transformation of the Crew List, and of an e-Register of Maritime Recruitment, through the combined digitization of all crew list-related actions into a web-based application, the development of interfaces and interoperability with third-party systems, as well as the development of an administrative information system.
The object of the project is described as follows: the Contractor selected to implement this project will have to supply the required hardware and software and provide related services, as summarized below and as further detailed afterwards. Briefly, the replacement of computer equipment and the supply of software licenses for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be implemented through the following activities:
The physical object of the project consists in strengthening the security of the above-mentioned infrastructure. Namely, it consists in supplying special and accredited devices used to encrypt transmitted information, in our case up to NATO SECRET grade, as well as devices allowing for the secure transmission of information from systems of lower or similar classification to a higher and more secure system, in order to create a reference point for searching for official correspondence.
The object of the project consists in providing the Ministry of Digital Governance and other public sector entities with services for the analysis, design and implementation of AI-based applications and solutions. The services aim to streamline specific public sector functions, with priority given to cases in which using AI offers a comparative advantage over more conventional approaches and techniques.
The object of the project consists in supplying or developing an Integrated Information System (IIS) that will meet all the operational needs of the organizational units of the National Transparency Authority (hereinafter referred to as ‘EAD’ or ‘Authority’) which are entrusted with audit responsibilities, supporting the full life cycle of the inspections and audits carried out by EAD on all entities falling within the scope of its audit work.
