The purpose of the contract is the service provision for storage, safe-keeping and secure management of archive material of the Public Bodies of General and Central Government as well as first- or second-level local authorities,and which include a series of related services.
The physical object of this invitation to tender includes the following actions:
The object of the Project “Digitalisation and Development of an Integrated Information System for the management, retention, disposal and highlighting of the archives safe-kept at the General State Archives”
Main purpose of this project is the full upgrade of the existing IIS, the main focus being its upgrade and extension of functionality, the enhancement of its interoperability with third Bodies and the reorganisation of its infrastructure, ensuring availability of resources in a secure operating framework.
Main aim of the project is the modernisation and improvement of the services of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy, the Seafarers and the staff of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy,
