Connect with the New Generation – Business registration on the digital platform “Market Place” opens today 3 July

Companies from the sectors of Tourism, Culture and Transport are invited to participate in the Programme, providing additional discounts to the beneficiaries of the Youth Pass

The “Information Society SA” announces the launch of the “Market Place” Promotional Activities Business Registry. The establishment of the Market Place of “Information Society SA” was made following a joint decision of the Ministries of Digital Governance, National Economy and Finance and Interior.

It is a dynamic digital platform through which businesses from the Tourism, Culture and Transport sectors are given the opportunity to provide additional discounts and special offers to the beneficiaries of the “Youth Pass” programme. This supports the access of young people aged 18 and 19 to more affordable goods and services in addition to state support.

The registration of businesses in the Market Place Promotional Activities Business Registry of “Information Society SA” is free of charge and optional. A prerequisite for the participation of a company in the “Market Place” is that its discounts remain active throughout its duration.

Youth Pass beneficiaries will be able to view offers through the Market Place platform and receive offers from companies using their Unique Application Code, without sharing any personal data.

Instructions for the registration of businesses in the Market Place of “Information Society SA”.

Entrepreneurs interested in participating in Market Place should follow the following -very simple- steps:

1. Click on the “Information Society SA” website: link
2. Submission of the registration form, in which businesses must indicate the percentage of the discount they are offering.
3. Posting the discount or special offer on the company’s website and stating the relevant link in the application field.
4. After temporary approval, the final registration in the Registry follows.
