As the holiday season is drawing near, the program ‘Tourism for All 2024’ continues to provide beneficiaries with opportunities to enjoy memorable getaways to unique destinations in Greece.

The Ministry of Tourism would like to remind winners of the program that they can use the balance of their digital card for accommodation in hotels, guesthouses and other tourist establishments of their choice until 31 December 2024. Beneficiaries of the program can make payments easily with the digital card just like when using a normal debit card.

During the last months of the successful implementation of the program ‘Tourism for All 2024’, recorded data indicate the high impact of the program and the positive response of beneficiaries. To date, transactions worth approximately €13 million have taken place, most of them involving hotels and traditional guesthouses, and fewer relating to organized campsites and other types of accommodation.

The program ‘Tourism for All 2024’ is part of the government’s broader strategy to strengthen Greek households and the economy through tourism all year round, promoting the sustainability and development of all regions in Greece.

The program is implemented by ‘Information Society’ in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of National Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Digital Governance, and the Ministry of the Interior.
