Starting from today, Friday, 10 January, interested parties (SMEs, small businesses and sole proprietorships) may apply for the program ‘Supporting the Digital Transformation of Cultural, Creative and Handicraft Enterprises’ on the platform of the Integrated Information System for State Aid (OPSKE). Please note that beneficiaries may submit applications until 28 Friday 2025 (or until 120% of the budget of the calls is exhausted).
This is an important program for supporting enterprises in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Digital Governance, implemented by the ‘Information Society’ with a total budget of €11,500,000.
The program ‘Supporting the Digital Transformation of Cultural, Creative and Handicraft Enterprises’ is part of the action ‘Culture as a Driver for Growth’ and is financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2.0.
It aims to support the digital transformation of cultural, creative and handicraft enterprises’ by encouraging new/alternative models of cultural production, distribution and promotion, as well as to support the development and dissemination of digital, foreign language and exportable cultural content.
The three individual calls of the program are:
- ‘Financing to support the Digital Transformation of Performing Arts Enterprises’.
- ‘Financing to support the Digital Transformation of Book Production Enterprises’.
- ‘Financing to support the Digital Transformation and Production Equipment of Handicraft Enterprises’.
Key features of the calls
- Support rate: Up to 70% of the total investment budget.
- Eligible expenditure: Equipment supply, web development, application development, system certification, promotion and outreach.
- Implementation period: 9 months from the date of inclusion.
