Until Friday 28 February 2025, small, micro and individual enterprises operating in the fields of culture, publishing and handicrafts can submit applications for the Programme “Supporting the Digital Transformation of Cultural, Creative and Handicrafts Enterprises” through the platform of the Integrated State Aid Management Information System (iSAMIS). (https://opske.gr/el).
The programme, which started on 10 January 2025, is implemented by the “Information Society SA”, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Digital Governance, is part of the action “Culture as a Driver of Development” and is funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2.0 with a total budget of € 11,500,000.
The programme includes three sub-actions, which are distributed as follows:
Digital Transformation of Performing Arts Enterprises with the budget: €6,245,650.
- It supports enterprises in theatre, music, dance, etc. to develop digital content and infrastructure.
- Eligible investments: 5,000 € – 30,000 €.
Digital Transformation of Book Production Enterprises with the budget: €1,921.740
- Support for publishing enterprises to create and distribute digital content and upgrade their online presence.
- Eligible investments: 5,000 € – 70,000 €.
Digital Transformation of Handicraft Enterprises with the budget: €2,882,610
- Support for handicraft enterprises to upgrade their production equipment.
- Eligible investments: 5,000 € – 50,000 €.
The aid rate ranges up to 70% of the total investment budget and the implementation period is up to nine months from the date of inclusion in the programme.
Eligible costs include, but are not limited to:
- Digital equipment and support software.
- Development of websites, applications and e-shops.
- Certifications, digital promotion and extroversion actions.
