‘“Information Society” has so far entered into contracts for approximately 180 projects. The challenge now is how to administer the resources —not financial ones— available to businesses and the Hellenic State in order to make sure that all these projects are delivered on time, without compromising quality,’ said the CEO of ‘Information Society’, Mr. Stavros Asthenidis, at the Digital Economy Forum 2024 organized by the Federation of Hellenic ICT Enterprises.
Mr. Asthenidis explained that timeframes are tight as financing from the Recovery Fund will end in 2026.
This important conference was attended, among others, by the Minister for Digital Governance, Mr. Dimitris Papastergiou, the Minister for Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, Mr. Kyriakos Pierrakakis, the Minister of State, Mr. Makis Voridis, the Minister for Development Mr. Takis Theodorikakos, Deputy Minister Mr. Konstantinos Kyranakis and a number of high-ranking executives from public sector entities and leading technology companies operating in Greece.
