More than 1.3 million pet animals are already registered in the National Register

With the operation of the platform, implemented by the ‘Information Society’, which is the central design, development and implementation hub of the Ministry of Digital Governance, the welfare of pet animals and responsible ownership is enhanced.

The National Register of Pet Animals (EMZS) is a digital database and application hub created to record and manage information on companion animals. The platform is accessible to veterinarians, owners and fosterers, animal welfare associations and shelters.
