What is the object of the project?
The object of the project consists in upgrading the services for e-submission, verification and processing of Asset Declarations – ‘Origin of Wealth’ (Pothen Esches), and its main objectives are:
- To modernize, upgrade and improve the services provided through the technology used in the integrated information system ‘Origin of Wealth’ (Pothen Esches), as well as to operate, support, maintain and expand it.
- To implement a fully homogenized technological solution for all (existing and new) subsystems.
- To provide a complete description of the technological solution to be implemented, in the detailed documentation to be delivered to the Project Acceptance and Monitoring Committee, including the code and database schema of the system.
- To enhance the operation, security, reliability and maintainability of all subsystems that make up the integrated information system using new technologies.
- To extend the interoperability of the information system with other selected information systems of the Public Administration and of the private sector.
- To make sure that the information system complies with any other requirements laid down in the applicable institutional framework.
As part of this project, a number of actions will be implemented in order to attain the above objectives, including:
Modernization of the ‘e-Pothen’ system, from its current operating format into a user-friendly e-suite, in full compatibility with the New European Interoperability Framework and the Digital Transformation Bible 2022-2025 drawn up by the Ministry of Digital Governance. More specifically, the subject-matter of the contract includes the following services:
- System implementation design
- Supply of software and user licenses
- Application and digital services development services
- Testing services
- Training services
- Proper operation guarantee services
- Maintenance and technical support services
What are the purpose and objectives of the project?
