What is the object of the project?

The object of the project is to provide services to the Contracting Authority for the support, monitoring, coordination and management of all relevant projects within the framework of the programme entitled “Support measures for young people aged eighteen (18) and nineteen (19)” (“Youth Pass”) for the years 2025 and 2026. The Contractor will undertake to support the Contracting Authority in coordinating and supervising all the individual tasks that must be carried out within the framework of the programme “Support measures for young people aged eighteen (18) and nineteen (19)” (“Youth Pass”). For this purpose, it will appoint a Programme Manager who will coordinate the individual actions (at a Programme level). Moreover, there will be a central back office with inhouse advisors who are well aware of the subject and procedures and are able to meet the needs of both other contractors, as well as beneficiaries and other parties involved.
