What is the object of the project?
The object of this project is the technical support by Information Society S.A.,throughout the implementation period of the Programme “Aid to providers of national free-to-air television broadcasting for the production and distribution of audiovisual works of cultural nature on issues of public interest via the internet on demand, free of charge”, of Priority Axis 1.6. Public Administration and Digitization of the Sectoral Development Programme of the Ministry of Digital Governance of the National Development Programme (NDP 2021-2025). More specifically, the project will involve the provision of Technical Support Consultant services to Information Society S.A., which are analysed as follows:
- Activity 1: Support in the verification of supporting documents for the approval of applications for funding
- Activity 2: Support in monitoring the implementation of the aided projects
- Activity 3: Support in carrying out administrative/ and on-the-spot verifications of project implementation
- Activity 4: Support in the management and evaluation of project modifications
- Activity 5: Support in managing any objections
- Activity 6: Support to the Contracting Authority at all stages of the implementation of the Programme
Within the framework of the provision of these services the Contractor must apply the provisions set out in the Call to Submit Applications for Funding of the Programme, which will be issued by the Implementing Entity. In addition, the Contractor shall be required to cooperate with the executives of Information Society S.A. and to follow the instructions/suggestions of its executives as well as any explanatory circular of or amendment to the Programme Call. It is noted that the Contractor, the members of the Project Group and all those involved in any way within the framework of this contract, (legal or natural persons) should not have any conflict of interest with the submitted Applications for Funding, either as Potential Beneficiaries or as consultants/ suppliers of services and solutions of Applications for Funding of third potential Beneficiaries
