What is the object of the project?
The object of the project is to provide services for the overall supervision of the work, the central administration of the Programme and the coordination of the parties involved. Once the programme is activated, a systematic approach must be followed in relation to its administration and supervision, so that the individual aspects of management, support and operation can function effectively. This requires coherent supervision and management (Program Manager), who will assist in more coherent management. For this purpose, the Contractor will appoint a Program Manager who will coordinate the individual actions. Moreover, there will be a central back office with inhouse advisors who are well aware of the subject and procedures and are able to meet the needs of both other contractors, as well as beneficiaries and other parties involved.
