What is the object of the project?
The timely and complete implementation of the “SYZEFXIS II” project requires a series of coordinated management and monitoring actions, which will be implemented by the Technical Support Consultant (TSC) as part of this project.
The TSC will provide technical support services (management and monitoring services, technical assistance, auditing and evaluation) to ensure the effective implementation of the project in terms of timeliness and quality of services and overall results.
What is the aim of the project?
The objectives expected to be achieved through the results of this sub-project include:
- Full support to ‘Information Society’ SA in the implementation of the SYZEFXIS II contracts and in the operation of the network
- Monitoring the progress of the SYZEFXIS II project, with a particular focus on meeting time and cost constraints.
- Quality assurance for the SYZEFXIS II management system, with ongoing improvement of implementation tools and communication between all
stakeholders. - Quality assurance for all deliverables and products of each SYZEFXIS II sub-project.
- Ensuring the interconnection and operational and technical interoperability of the SYZEFXIS II sub-projects.
- Successful completion and operational readiness of the SYZEFXIS II project.
The Contractor will assist both the Contracting Authority and the Project Owner with the goal of keeping them fully and continuously informed regarding the progress of SYZEFXIS II, specifically by:
- Ensuring adherence to the main features and objectives of each sub-project.
- Ensuring adherence to the established schedule for administrative actions and tasks.
- Accelerating the completion of tasks that have fallen behind schedule.
- Coordinating all stakeholders involved in the project in order to maximize the benefits and expedite effective implementation.
- Ensuring the technical integrity of the project and its sub-projects that will allow the effective and efficient commissioning of the systems and infrastructure to be developed.
