What is the object of the project?

The object of the project consists in providing publicity services for the three above-mentioned actions for Supporting the Digital Transformation of Cultural, Creative and Handicraft Enterprises.

As part of the project the Contractor:

  1. Will draw up an implementation plan for publicity measures, including the content of the individual publicity measures (measures for providing information on the actions to the general public / businessmen / the self-employed) and their pricing. Please note that, should there be any publicity measures in the implementation plan that will not ultimately be selected for implementation, the financial object will be reduced accordingly, pursuant to the detailed pricing for the specific measures. The plan must be aligned with and cover the support/publicity needs that may arise during the detailed planning of the measures. For this reason, before drafting the plan, the Contractor must take into account the management model, as delivered to it by the Contracting Authority. The implementation plan for Project actions can be updated according to the needs of the Project as they are dynamically evolving.
  2. Will implement the publicity measures that will be finalized in the context of the implementation plan.
  3. Will carry out field research, aimed at evaluating and measuring the campaign’s effectiveness using both quantitative and qualitative criteria. At the same time, the Search Engine Optimization and Google Analytics digital tools will be utilized throughout the implementation of the project, both for the parameterization of message dispersion in relation to geographical and other characteristics, as well as for the real-time measurement of effectiveness.
