What is the object of the project?

The object of the contract is the provision of support services to “Information Society S.A.” in the capacity of the Main Implementation Arm in the framework of the execution of projects for the Digital Transformation of the country and in accordance with the detailed specifications set out in ANNEX I – DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PHYSICAL AND ECONOMIC OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT and ANNEX II – COMPLIANCE TABLES hereof.

The project is not subdivided into sections, because its object is single, the works are parallel and interrelated, so it is considered appropriate for the Contractor to take a holistic approach to them, in order to ensure their coherence and interoperability, and, therefore, the maximum expected results of the tendered contract. Tenders are accepted for the entire tendered Project. The completion of the tender procedure will lead to the award of a contract to one (1) economic operator (or an association of economic operators) for the entire contractual object.
