What is the object of the project?
The object of the project is to provide 200,000 teleconferencing licenses, of which 35,000 must be able to connect simultaneously.
The specific technical characteristics of the service will be, as a minimum, the following:
- Functional on personal desktop or laptop computers or smartphones.
- Cloud hosting and use of web technologies for guaranteed interoperability, without the need for central infrastructure.
- Option to use video or audio only.
- High Definition video and audio.
- Individual or multiparty conferences without the use of a central conference management system (MCU).
- Real-time sharing (screen, application, file and browser) and multimedia sharing
- Ability to transfer files.
What are the purpose and objectives of the project?
The purpose of the project is to provide 200,000 teleconferencing licenses that will cover the need for distance learning for a period of 12 months in primary and secondary schools across the country.
