What is the object of the project?

The object of the project is the design, implementation and support of a digital system test operation, which will cover the possibility of carrying out
procedures for negotiation and supply of goods and services, for the National Health System, directly in cases of crisis without the mediation of the fixed procedure of Electronic Public Procurement. This need becomes imperative in times of crisis and emergency when urgent procurement is necessary, by way of derogation from the provisions in force, in health-related and other material, in order to meet public health needs.
