What is the object of the project?

The object of the project concerns the provision of support-maintenance services and SLA (Service Level Agreement) services for twenty four (24) months, in order to ensure the smooth, proper and optimal operation of the Equipment & Read-To-Use Software and the applications, the projects of the National Criminal Records and the Integrated System for the Management of Civil and Criminal Procedure Cases – OSDDY-PP, as well as the Equipment & Ready-To-Use Software of the OSDDY-PP Phase I project.

In particular, the object of the project concerns the implementation of the following actions:

1) Functional Unit 1 (FU1): Maintenance of the Integrated System for the Management of Civil and Criminal Procedure Cases – OSDDY-PP Phase I

This action concerns the support-maintenance of the equipment and Ready-To-Use Software that were provided in the framework of the OSDDY-PP Phase I project, and it aims at ensuring the smooth, proper and optimal operation thereof at a certain service level (SLA).

2) Functional Unit 2 (FU2): Maintenance of the National Criminal Records (NCR)

This action concerns the support-maintenance of the central and peripheral equipment, Ready-To-Use Software and applications provided in the context of the “National Criminal Records” project, as well as under contracts no. 37/2020. 37/2020, 64/2021 and 44/2022 for the maintenance of the NCR/ECRIS system, aiming at ensuring the smooth, proper and optimal operation thereof at a certain service level (SLA).
