What is the object of the project?
The object of the contract is the implementation of an IT project which will include:
- The transition and upgrading of the Plenary Integrated Information System “Interactive Electronic Pre-Trial Services, On Line Service of Lawyers, Judges, Citizens” in Gcloud;
- The creation of the Integrated and unified digital environment for the management of resources, structures and pre-trial data for all the Bar Associations of the Country, which will include the management and allocation of resources to the beneficiary bodies and the Bar Associations (63 in total), as well as the actual information time of the Ministry of Justice, the 357 Courts of the Country, the AADE, the EFKA, the regional Provident and Solidarity Funds, etc.);
- The creation of an Integrated Disciplinary Management System of the 63 Bar Associations of the country, which have economic, administrative and managerial autonomy and are managed by elected Board of Directors (Art. 89, Law 4194/2013);
- The development of an interoperability environment that will interoperate with the required existing information systems of the involved entities and will develop the standards for the implementation of the necessary interfaces, so that it will also interoperate with future information systems.
The transition and upgrade subsystem of the Plenary Integrated Information System “Interactive Electronic Pretrial Services, On Line service for Lawyers, Judges, Citizens” in Gcloud, will include the upgrade of the databases to their latest version, compatible with the Gcloud specifications.
Specifically:
a) The upgrading of the internal management system (BackOffice), in order to continue to support the basic principles of Law 4194/2014 (KD), ensures that the Bar Associations have economic, administrative and managerial autonomy.
b) The upgrading of the code for the uninterrupted communication of the Lawyers and stakeholders with the Plenary Integrated Information System.
(c) The migration of data to Gcloud, which ensures continuity of system reliability.
