What is the object of the project?
The scope of the contract is the provision of services for the entire duration of the “Gigabit Connectivity Voucher Scheme” Programme in order to staff and operate an information and support office (Help Desk) for the Programme.
The scope of this contract is not subdivided into sections, due to the need to implement a single management methodology for the operation of the Programme’s Help Desk. Tenders are accepted for all the services described.
What is the purpose of the project?
As stated in the scope of this Project, it shall include services for a specific period of time aiming to:
- The staffing and operation of the Programme’s Help Desk for the beneficiaries of the scheme. The Help Desk will cover horizontally the needs of the Programme and the management of communication mainly with the potential and actual beneficiaries of the aid, but also with the general public concerned.
- The operation of a central back office mechanism with consultants-employees who have full knowledge of the subject and procedures and can meet the needs of both the beneficiaries and others involved.
