What is the object of the project?
The object of the project is inextricably linked to the mission of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to inform Greek and foreign citizens through the central website of the Ministry and all the websites of the Authorities Abroad (Embassies, Consulates, Permanent Representations, etc.).
In particular, for:
- informing citizens about foreign policy issues (bilateral relations, economic diplomacy, etc.);
- informing citizens about the meetings of the Minister and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs leadership (trips, statements, interviews, etc.);
- informing citizens about current affairs or extraordinary circumstances concerning the Authorities Abroad and providing information/ contact details of the Authorities Abroad;
- informing (foreign) citizens about issues related to Greece (opportunities for entrepreneurs, students, tourists: such as travel advice, supporting documents for visas, etc.);
- providing information material on the structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the services offered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to citizens (e.g., access to the Historical Archive, list of Sworn Translators), as well as career opportunities in the Ministry and the institutions supervised by it; and
- providing access to the services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on consular issues, as well as to relevant websites or microsites of the Ministry.
