What is the object of the project?
The object of the project consists in providing publicity services for the ‘Tourism for All 2025’ Programme.
Under the contract, the Contractor:
A) Will draw up an Implementation Plan for the publicity actions, including the content of the individual publicity actions (actions for informing the public/citizens about the action) and their pricing. Please note that, should there be any publicity actions in the implementation plan that will not ultimately be selected for implementation, the financial object will be reduced accordingly, pursuant to the detailed pricing for the specific actions. The plan must be aligned with and cover the support/publicity needs that may arise during the detailed planning of the action. For this reason, the Contractor should, before drafting the plan, take into account the management model as delivered to it by the Contracting Authority. The implementation plan of the actions of the Project can be updated according to the needs of the Project as they are dynamically evolving.
B) Will implement the publicity actions that will be finalised in the context of the implementation plan.
