What is the object of the project?

The object of the project is the provision of services to Information Society S.M.S.A. for the planning and smooth implementation of the Programme.

Indicatively, the tasks that the Contractor will be asked to perform include:

• Support to the Implementing Agency for the supervision of the development and operation of the Digital Platform
• Development of a subsystem in the HEMD information system to check the eligibility of the building in which the application is made. Development of an interface (i-frame with map) that will identify the retail providers offering services in the selected building and return the building’s details to the Digital Platform of the Programme
• Support the Implementing Agency in the process of reviewing and approving a) applications of Electronic Communications Providers for enrolment in the Programme and b) bids of Electronic Communications Providers to be funded through the Programme.
• Provision of Support Services and participation in meetings throughout the project implementation to define all the operational/technical specifications, as well as the Programme management procedures.
• Provision of second level technical support services for the resolution of operational issues related to the procedures and the Digital Platform of the Programme
• Definition of indicators for monitoring the progress of the Programme implementation
• Technical reports / proposals to address operational issues and malfunctions as often as required, according to the needs of the Programme and the Contracting Authority
• Suggestions for improving the Programme Guide
