What is the object of the project?
The object of the project consists in designing and developing a new functionality in the CRM system for the rollout of SYZEYXIS II, in order to continue coordinating and monitoring the rollout and the cases in which the Access Service is implemented separately by the Telephony Service. To handle the above change, significant changes in the contractors’ workflow —therefore including in the implemented workflow and in the CRM functionality— will
have to be planned and implemented.
Briefly, it will be possible to implement an entity using one of the following three methods:
- In one phase: Access and Telephony
- In two phases: 1: Access and cabling; 2: Telephony
- In two phases: 1: Access; 2: Telephony and cabling
The entity will run through the entire existing flow in each phase. That is, if it is implemented in two phases, it will bet back to the beginning to run it again for the second implementation phase. The Contractors and Contracting Authority will take the actions and update the system with data relating to the specific phase in which the entity is in the CRM system.
For the above change, there are multiple points in the workflow, business logic and CRM functionality where processes and functions will have to be redesigned, which will require a significant amount of man-hours for design and development services.
