What is the object of the project?
The object of the project is to provide Technical Support Advisor services for IS SMSA regarding the monitoring, coordination and management of the State Aid Actions of the Act “Sub.4.9 Enhancing Digital Transformation of Cultural and Creative Enterprises”, following the relevant Calls to be published. These actions are:
- Financing of enterprises to enhance the digital transformation of Cultural and Creative Enterprises
- Financing of enterprises for the digital transformation of publishing companies
- Financing of Enterprises for the enhancement of the production equipment and digital transformation of craft enterprises. The Advisor, in support of the monitoring of the implementation and management of the above actions, will provide the following services:
1) Support for the coordination of the publicity actions for the above State Aid Actions.
Support of IS executives for the reception of applications of beneficiaries: (a) General Administrative Assessment Support; (b) Support of the Body and the Evaluation Committee; (c) Support services of the Appeals Committee in the management of requests for review of beneficiaries of the Actions; (d) Information and Communication Actions – helpdesk creation
Support for the registration of all required data in the State Aid Information System (SAIS) / Integrated information System (IIS) at each stage of the project implementation process, until their completion: (a) Support in completing the results/data of the audit in the State Aid Information System (SAIS)/ IIS at all evolution stages.
