What is the object of the project?
The object of the project is the dynamic expansion of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as regards the use of new technologies and the achievement of the progress required to adapt to the continuous technological developments. When the project is implemented, the working environment of the users will be significantly upgraded, the problems during the use of the information equipment will be eliminated and suitable infrastructure will be created ensuring safe, quick and unobstructed performance of the new services required in the context of the digital transformation intended through the actions of the Recovery Fund.
In order to achieve this, the Contractor of this project will supply the required equipment and software and will provide relevant services, as described below. Briefly, the replacement of Computer Equipment and the procurement of Software Licenses of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be implemented through the following activities:
- Implementation Study Preparation
- Procurement of Equipment and Software Licenses
- Installation, configuration and pilot operation of the equipment and software
- Training services for users of the Operator
- Help Desk services
