Invitation to Submit Personalized Bids for the conclusion of a Performance Contract under Framework Agreement no. 1647 for the Sub-Project “Specialized Technical and Operational Support Services for Thematic Area 2 ‘Support in the detailed planning and maturity of interventions or projects, in the preparation of notices, in conducting tender procedures and in concluding contracts’ and Thematic Area 3 ‘Support in monitoring the implementation of interventions or projects’ of the Framework Agreement for the Project: ‘Specialized Technical and Operational Support Services in Actions for the Digital Transformation of the country’ (Invitation S/N 4).”

We have decided on the following 

1. To implement the Sub-Project “Specialized Technical and Operational Support Services for Thematic Area 2 ‘Support in the detailed planning and maturity of interventions or projects, in the preparation of notices, in conducting tender procedures and in concluding contracts’ and Thematic Area 3 ‘Support in monitoring the implementation of interventions or projects’ of the Framework Agreement for the Project: ‘Specialized Technical and Operational Support Services in Actions for the Digital Transformation of the country’ (Invitation S/N 4).”
2. To send an invitation to the members – counterparties of Framework Agreement no. 1647 for the execution of the aforementioned Sub-Project “Specialized Technical and Operational Support Services for Thematic Area 2 ‘Support in the detailed planning and maturity of interventions or projects, in the preparation of notices, in conducting tender procedures and in concluding contracts’ and Thematic Area 3 ‘Support in monitoring the implementation of interventions or projects’ of the Framework Agreement for the Project: “Specialized Technical and Operational Support Services in Actions for the Digital Transformation of the country” (Invitation S/N 4), as shown below:

The above Members – Counterparties of the Framework Agreement for the execution of the Sub-Project “Specialized Technical and Operational Support Services for Thematic Area 2 ‘Support in the detailed planning and maturity of interventions or projects, in the preparation of notices, in conducting tender procedures and in concluding contracts’ and Thematic Area 3 ‘Support in monitoring the implementation of interventions or projects’ of the Framework Agreement for the Project: “Specialized Technical and Operational Support Services in Actions for the Digital Transformation of the country” (Invitation S/N 4), are hereby invited to submit a closed personalized Bid, the award criterion being the “most economically advantageous bid based on the best value for money”, for the conclusion of the Performance Contract, as described in detail in the attached Tender Dossier, which constitutes an integral part hereof.

3. The Project budget amounts to one million one hundred and fifteen thousand nine hundred and fifty euro and forty cents (€1,115,950.40) including 24% VAT (budget excl. VAT: €899,960.00 – VAT: €215,990.40).
4. The tender will be held using the platform of the National System of Electronic Public Procurement (ESIDIS), through the system’s online portal at www.promitheus.gov.gr, as set out in the Tender Dossier. The full text of the Tender Dossier will be registered in the Central Electronic Public Procurement Registry (KIMDIS) and it will be published in the National System of Electronic Public Procurement (ESIDIS).
5. This decision will be implemented under the terms of the attached Tender Dossier, which constitutes an integral part of this Decision.
