This is an important program, which is implemented as part of a partnership between the Minister for Digital Governance, Mr.\u00a0Dimitris Papastergiou, and the Deputy Minister for the Economy and Finance, Mr.\u00a0Nikos Papathanasis.<\/p>\n<p>With a total budget of \u20ac42\u00a0million, the program \u2018Digital Tools for SMEs\u00a0II\u2019 is part of the action \u2018Digital Transformation of SMEs\u2019, which is implemented with funds from the Recovery Fund. The program consists aims to enhance the digital maturity of Greece\u2019s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which operate in a wide range of economic sectors. Please note that special care has been taken for the areas that were affected by floods in September 2023 in the Regions of Attica, Central Greece, Thessaly and Peloponnese.<\/p>\n<p>It should be stressed that beneficiaries may submit applications until Friday, 3\u00a0January 2025 at 17:00. They can log into the platform using their company\u2019s TaxisNet codes.<\/p>\n<p>The program is open to existing private enterprises carrying out economic activity provided that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They operate in Greek territory with a Greek VAT number.<\/li>\n<li>They are active on the date of submission of the application for participation in the program.<\/li>\n<li>They have not received support under a previous cycle of the program \u2018Digital Tools for SMEs\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>They are a legal entity (e.g. Public Limited Company, Limited Liability Company, General Partnership, Limited Partnership, Single Member Private Company, Social Cooperative Enterprise, Cooperative) or a sole proprietorship, or they are engaged in a liberal profession and keep single-entry or double-entry accounting books.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In particular, program beneficiaries are classified under four distinct categories with different aid rates. More specifically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Category\u00a01 includes notaries, who can obtain a voucher of \u20ac1,600 for each joint member of the enterprise applying for funding, with a maximum eligible expenditure of \u20ac2,000 for each member and an aid rate of 80%.<\/li>\n<li>Category\u00a02 includes bailiffs, who can obtain a voucher of \u20ac1,200 for each joint member of the enterprise applying for funding, with a maximum eligible expenditure of \u20ac1,500 for each member and an aid rate of 80%.<\/li>\n<li>Category\u00a03 includes SMEs and self-employed persons operating in areas affected by floods in September 2023 in Attica, Central Greece, Thessaly and Peloponnese, who can obtain a voucher worth \u20ac990, with a maximum eligible expenditure of \u20ac1,100 and an aid rate of 90%.<\/li>\n<li>Category\u00a04 generally includes SMEs, sole proprietorships and self-employed persons, who can obtain a voucher worth \u20ac630, with a maximum eligible expenditure of \u20ac700 and an aid rate of 90%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The vouchers may be used by beneficiaries, for example, to purchase digital services and software such as HR management, sales management and customer support applications, as well as equipment such as tablets, laptops, desktops and videoconferencing systems.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Information Society\u2019 (KPI\u00a0SA) is the implementing body for the program \u2018Digital Tools for SMEs\u00a0II\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Starting from today, 16\u00a0December, interested persons may apply for the first cycle of the program \u2018Digital Tools for SMEs\u00a0II\u2019 on the program platform at https:\/\/beneficiary.digitalsme.gov.gr\/ in order to obtain vouchers to acquire new digital products and services through purchase or lease.
