The Contractor undertakes to cover the entire life cycle of the Action, from the productive allocation of the platform to the Integrated Digital Portal (gov.gr IDP) until the end of the Action (31.12.2027).<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the Contractor&#8217;s services include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementation and configuration of all the functional requirements arising from the JMD and specifically: electronic submission of an application via gov.gr-EPS and vouchers.gov.gr with TAXISnet authentication (OAuth 2.0 with OTP), submission of an application via Citizen Service Centres with OAuth 2.0 PA authentication, registration and certification of contact details (e-mail and mobile phone), selection of a season of use (high\/low), declaration of consent for the processing of personal data, registration of a financial institution issuing the intangible digital card and special fields for people with disabilities (A.M.K.A.\/P.A.M.K.A.\/P.A.A.Y.P.A.).<\/li>\n<li>Interconnection with the Interoperability Centre&#8217;s Web Services for the automatic verification of income and category criteria, as well as the status of a disabled person or a pensioner, through data extraction from AADE, EFKA and the National Communication Registry.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of a subsystem for submitting supporting documents for cases of beneficiaries (disabled persons or pensioners) whose status is not confirmed through the available Web Services, as well as a mechanism for transmitting data to EFKA for manual confirmation, with subsequent crediting of the additional amount to the beneficiary&#8217;s digital debit card in the event of a draw.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of the integrated electronic drawing procedure and production of the two Final Beneficiary Tables (high and low season), based on a unique draw number, ascending order and the available budget per season, as well as the Tables of those not drawn.
