{"id":37404,"date":"2026-04-30T14:30:28","date_gmt":"2026-04-30T11:30:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ktpae.gr\/?post_type=erga&#038;p=37404"},"modified":"2026-05-19T16:15:37","modified_gmt":"2026-05-19T13:15:37","slug":"provision-of-support-services-for-the-management-of-the-project-financial-support-for-increased-energy-costs-fuel-pass-iii","status":"publish","type":"erga","link":"https:\/\/www.ktpae.gr\/en\/erga\/provision-of-support-services-for-the-management-of-the-project-financial-support-for-increased-energy-costs-fuel-pass-iii\/","title":{"rendered":"Provision of support services for the management of the project: \u201cFinancial support for increased energy costs (Fuel Pass III)\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>What is the object of the project?<\/h5>\n<p>The object of the project is the provision of specialised support services to the Contracting Authority for the monitoring, coordination and management of the works implemented in the framework of the project entitled \u201cProvision of support services for the management of the project: \u2018Financial support for increased energy costs (Fuel Pass III)\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Contractor will support the Contracting Authority in the coordination and supervision of all the individual actions and parties involved, for the period from the end of the submission of applications until the completion of the Project, including the settlement of any administrative pending issues.<\/p>\n<p>The services provided are of a supportive and advisory nature and do not replace the powers of the Contracting Authority.<\/p>\n<p>For the implementation of the scope, the Contractor will provide an appropriate project team, consisting of a Project Manager and specialised employees, with proven experience in the subject matter, who will cooperate with the competent employees of the Contracting Authority and will comply with the instructions and directions of the latter. Indicatively and not restrictively, the Contractor&#8217;s services include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring the progress of the project implementation and coordinating the individual contractors, providing guidance where required.<\/li>\n<li>Checking and evaluating the deliverables of the individual contractors and submitting relevant recommendations to the Contracting Authority.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the administrative handling of obligations and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Providing general administrative support throughout the project.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the financial management of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Provision of horizontal support services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The set of indicative services mentioned above is accompanied by a number of actions, for which the Contractor is invited to provide continuous support to the Contracting Authority.
