As mentioned in previous sections of this report, the Region manages over 200 projects financed through various national and European programmes (NDP, NSRF 2021-2027, RRF, etc.). The complexity, intensity and number of these interventions require the creation of a structured management and monitoring structure, which will enhance the internal functioning of the Region, improve planning and ensure the timely implementation of the projects\/projects and the efficient use of the resources available.
