Support for the Human Resources and Payroll Departments<\/p>\n<p>II. Administrative Services<br \/>\nA. Support for the Procurement Department<br \/>\nB. Support for the Public Procurement Department<br \/>\nC. Support for Administrative Procedures<\/p>\n<p>III. Specialized Financial and Administrative Services to the Financial Management Directorate for the completion and closure of projects and programs financed by the Recovery and Resilience Fund<br \/>\nA. Specialized Financial Services for RRF projects<br \/>\nB. Administrative Support Services<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are the purpose and objectives of the project?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In line with its objectives, as described above, and within the scope of its operations, the \u2018Information Society SA\u2019 has undertaken the execution of complex projects and, given the rapid pace of the digital transformation of Greece&#8217;s public administration, is about to undertake additional projects of the same scope and complexity as those it is already carrying out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some examples of projects currently under execution by \u2018Information Society SA\u2019 include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cUpgrading and expansion of ICT infrastructure in the Justice sector\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cVehicle and container tracking system\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cREAL ESTATE\/SCHOOLS\/DISABLED PERSONS\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cUpgrade of the cash register and POS system\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cSupport Mechanism for the implementation and monitoring of the performance of the Smart Cities initiative\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cDesign, Implementation, Position and Support of the Production Operation of the Single Digital Infrastructure for Customer Relationship Management (Citizens and Businesses)\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cUpgrading and maintenance services of the information system: Electronic Services of Detention Centers\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cUpgrading and Use of Financial Information Provided by Local Authorities\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cSYZEFXIS\u00a0II\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Human Resources Management System for Public Administration<\/li>\n<li>Installation of Meteorological Stations &amp; Development of Web Portal Infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Integrated Information System for the Pursuit of Activities and Audits (OPS \u2013 ADE)<\/li>\n<li>Digital Transformation, Telematics and Unified Automatic Fare Collection System for OSETH<\/li>\n<li>\u201cDevelopment of Web Services to Achieve Interoperability Between Public Administration Information Systems\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cNetwork for the secure access of the operational vehicles of the Hellenic Coast Guard (HCG) to the network of the Hellenic Ministry of Shipping and Island Policy, and upgrading of the network infrastructure of the HCG Headquarters\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cImplementation of the Information System for the Workflow Management and Digital Services of the National Printing House\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cExtension Services for govHUB Architecture and Implementation of Digital e-government Services\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cIntegrated Health Information System for the Armed Forces \u2013 OPSYED\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cIntegrated Information System for the Recognition and Certification of Greek Museums\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cDevelopment of Digital Services, Digitization of Archives and Integrated Interoperability Services of the Army Equity Fund\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cTeleconferencing services in courts and penitentiary establishments and provision of information on the progress of the case lists and exhibits of the courts (Electronic Case List)\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cReformation of the Financial System in the Central Administration and the rest of the General Government (gov-ERP)\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cSupport of public bodies with the aim of complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as incorporated into Greek legislation (Law 4624\/2019))\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>These projects will result in an increased administrative workload for \u2018Information Society SA\u2019, due to the demanding procedures related to the management of the projects, while also necessitating systematic and continuous technical and scientific support to ensure the proper and effective implementation of the projects. However, the current staff must complete a particularly demanding workload.
