What is the object of the project?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The object of the project is the provision of publicity services for the years 2025 and 2026 for the needs of the Programme “Support measures for young people aged eighteen (18) and nineteen (19)” (“Youth Pass”)\u201d.<\/p>\n

Under of the contract, the Contractor:<\/strong><\/p>\n

A)\u00a0Will draw up an Implementation Plan for the publicity measures, including the content of the individual publicity measures (actions for informing the public\/citizens about the measures) and their pricing. Please note that, should there be any publicity measures in the implementation plan that will not ultimately be selected for implementation, the financial object will be reduced accordingly, pursuant to the detailed pricing for the specific measures. The plan must be aligned with and cover the support\/publicity needs that may arise during the detailed planning of the measures. For this reason, the Contractor should, before drafting the plan, take into account the management model as delivered to it by the Contracting Authority. The implementation plan for Project actions can be updated according to the needs of the Project as they are dynamically evolving.<\/p>\n

B) Develop the strategic concept of an advertising campaign, as well as the design of the visual identity and slogan for the information and mobilisation campaign. In addition, the Contractor will undertake the creative design of the advertising campaign, i.e. the design and creation of scripts and other materials for the information and mobilisation campaign (e.g. Radio scripts, Web banners, etc.). Finally, the Contractor’s obligations include the provision of services for the production of the audiovisual material and the advertising web banners that will be used for the promotion of the programme. The above will be submitted to the Contracting Authority for approval and the final proposals selected will be delivered in the relevant quarterly reports.<\/p>\n

C)\u00a0Will implement the publicity measures that will be finalised in the context of the implementation plan.<\/p>\n
