Briefly, the replacement of computer equipment and the supply of software licenses for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be implemented through the following activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of an implementation design<\/li>\n<li>Supply and installation of hardware and software licenses<\/li>\n<li>Pilot and productive operation of the hardware and software<\/li>\n<li>Training services for Ministry\u2019s users<\/li>\n<li>Help Desk services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that each individual work to be carried out by the Contractor as part of this project will be accompanied by a complete report, which, in itself, should be capable of substantiating the services provided by the Contractor as part of this work as well as any resulting findings. Moreover, the Contractor will have to describe in detail in its offer the scope of each of the following works that are required in the context of the project, as well as the methodology to be used in order to carry out those works.<\/p>\n<h5>What is the purpose of the project?<\/h5>\n<p>The project aims to allow the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to expand its use of new technologies and be able to adapt fast to constant technological developments.
