The object of the project is to support the Project Management Team (PMT), the
\nindividual Working Groups and the Monitoring\/Acceptance Committee, which will be established within the framework of Sub-Project 1 of the above Action, as regards the creation of a management, monitoring and coordination mechanism for the individual performance contracts which will support the Reform of the Financial System in the Central Administration and the rest of the General Government (gov-ERP), as well as to provide specialized consulting services to support such a complex and important undertaking aiming at its successful implementation.
\nThe burden and responsibility for this management and monitoring shall be assumed by the Beneficiary, who will operate in full cooperation with the Developer and the General Secretariat of Information Systems for Public Administration (GSISPA).<\/p>\n
The Project\u2019s management mechanism shall be supported by the provision of specialized value-added services, regarding the following:<\/p>\n
I. the organized and effective monitoring of the implementation of the Project;
\nII. the operation of the Project Management Organization (PMO);
\nIII. ensuring quality of the individual deliverables that will be implemented through individual performance contracts and special expert investigations for their evaluation;
\nIV. the preparation of special studies and deliverables related to obligations of the Contracting Authority for the implementation of Sub-Project 1 of the Action. In the context of those studies, notices for the performance contracts of Sub-project 1 will be drawn up;
\nV. Preparing strategic training and transfer of know-how to the involved operators as well as implementing information and awareness-raising activities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
